Adding tires

Your tire provider will usually identify:

  • Tire choices available for the specific VIN
  • OEM tire fittings for the VIN or Year/Make/Model
  • Price, installation and other associated fees
  • Availability

 

Adding tires to the appointment:

Using Dealer Tire as an example, add tires to the appointment as follows:

  1. Click "Add Tires" to connect to your provider and select the tire(s) needed. Multiple selections are offered as some vehicles require different tires on the front and rear, or on the right and left.

    An error message may display:
    • If there is a problem with the tire provider integration. Contact your Dealer Administrator or Client Support.
    • If there is no integrated tire provider, add tires using the alternate method for your dealership.
  1. If prompted, enter further information to go to the tire size options.

Note: The following example is from Dealer Tire.

  1. Click on a tire size from the options shown. All available tires from the Dealer Tire catalog for the selected VIN and options will be displayed.
    • If there are no tires available, an error message will be shown.

  1. Click "View" to see more information about a tire. Discuss details of the tire with the customer.

  1. Select the number of tires to be added and review the price with the customer then click "ADD TO QUOTE". A confirmation message appears and the tire(s) will be added to the services list, along with the quantity and price:

  1. If more tires are needed, click "Add Tires" again, otherwise continue with scheduling the appointment.

Note: ADD TIRE(S) 1, 2, 3 and 4 distinguish different lines to be added to the appointment and do not indicate quantity.
